We arrived at the hospital a little after 10.30am and were told to wait in the seating area outside the wars as Kitty was having the stitches in her are removed. When this was done we were allowed to see her. She was all packed and ready to leave the hospital. A lot of paperwork to go through before she was discharged. Ann and Kitty took the lift to the ground floor while I went to collect the car.

Kitty was happy to be out is the hospital and we made our way home. Kitty had had quite a busy and time setting in once she got home. This afternoon the nurse arrived and set up the equipment and food that is needed for Kitty to be fed through her nose. She was weighed and spent quite some time with the nu going through everything that would be done by then over the coming days. She had a lot of forms to go through and sign. The nurse will be back at 8.00pm to connect her up to the drip feed.

Very frustrating not knowing the language so it all went right over my head. He chemist came over and collected her prescription which will be delivered later today with the balance as soon as available.

Kitty is feeling very tired and tries to sleep but it does not last for long. Really hope that she gets a good nights sleep. I am sure that if she does she will feel better. Elizabeth phoned her this afternoon and many are sending her messages.
